How long will the inspection take and where do they inspect?

Generally it takes 1-3 hrs. To do a full comprehensive inspection internally and externally. It task longer when there’s a subfloor involved.

We closely inspect the sub-floor, roof-void and each room in the property. We inspect everywhere there’s wood.

Especially door and window frames both interior and exterior. We also inspect any non-connected structures like gazebos, sheds, decking’s etc. too to a distance of 50 Meters from the property carried out in accordance of AS3660 2010 and AS 4349 201
