Termite reticulation systems

What is a termite reticulation system?

Termite reticulation systems are physical barriers that are designed to prevent entry of termites into your home. These systems are also called replenishment systems. Replenishment systems allow only a licensed termite technician to periodically (not annually) replenish the system without causing any exposure or disruption to your pets, you or your family.

 These specially designed systems consist of a pipe style, hose style or hose laid over a perforated plastic membrane style reticulation system. This system runs along the side of a building either in soil or in most cases under a path.

These systems are suitable for both pre and post construction. It’s easier to install during pre construction just before the concrete slab, pathway or garage is laid.

Some reticulation system allows for injected foam and others termiticide chemical pressurized into the systems. The main advantage to this system is there's no need to lift pavers, trench soil, disturb gardens and drill holes into concrete footpaths.

This system will save you a lot of money when it comes time for replenishing the system.

Altis is a patented Reticulation System designed to effectively treat the area under concrete slabs, for protection against infestation by subterranean termites and around the external perimeter of structures to prevent termites from entering from the outside of a building.

The Altis System is unlike any other system, which uses pipes that have been perforated. The Altis system uses flexible unperforated pipes, which have emitters fabricated into the pipe. These emitters distribute chemical evenly at a measured rate to the entire system.
